This is one heck of a time for most moms and dads right now.

And teachers and administrators are definitely feeling their own stresses, too.

If you’re in this boat (or maybe this raft 🛶), join us for a Facebook Live virtual happy hour to hear some highlights (and lowlights) from these past weeks of being stuck in the house.

As guests, we’ll have on a couple phenomenal Montessori teachers of preschool- to elementary-aged children, as well as a few open and honest parents who are handling things at home as successfully as they can in these strange times.

The goal will be to “rise above” the weeds of the day-to-day to gain greater perspective on children, and on ourselves, so that we can be a bit more calm and effective during this rollercoaster ride we’re all on.

If you’d like, during the live discussion you’ll be able to share your own experiences and ask any questions on your mind (in the comment section), though there’s no pressure to speak up, as you can just listen and watch if that better fits your style.

The only two requirements for all attendees are: 1) ensure you have your favorite drink in hand — whether that’s a glass of wine, a mug of beer, your child’s Capri-Sun; and 2) show up on the Montessori Education Facebook page Friday, April 17, 2021 at 9PM CDT.
